William Nartey, Esq.

William Nartey is an experienced attorney and entrepreneur.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Luther College in 2005, a Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2013 and holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia (USA) and is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Superior Courts of Judicature in the Republic of Ghana.
His corporate experience includes positions in management with the Hertz Corporation, a subsidiary of Hertz Global Holdings Inc. and as a Financial Consultant with Credability in the Greater Atlanta Area.
Mr. Nartey served as a Managing Partner for William Nartey, LLC (USA) in 2013 and later as a Partner at Nartey Law Group (NLG), formerly Kramer, Linkie & Taylor (KLT). He has represented major financial institutions, mortgage companies, and individuals in transactions and has appeared as lead counsel before the Magistrate, State and Superior courts within the State of Georgia. He has also worked with the Databank Group, the premier investment firm in Ghana as a Senior Regulatory and Compliance Attorney.
An avid sports fan and athlete, Mr. Nartey was a member of the Luther College Men’s Soccer team competing in the NCAA Division III Iowa Conference (U.S.A) where he won multiple accolades including MVP honors. He has also served as a Youth Soccer coach and mentor as part of his community service. He runs a foundation dedicated to providing assistance to children who have suffered severe burn injuries.
Estella Todjo Esq.

Estella Todjo is an experienced attorney.
She attended the University of Ghana, Legon where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Political Science. She went on to continue her legal education in the United Kingdom by pursuing both a Bachelor of Laws degree and the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at the University of Law, London. Estella was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011 as a member of the prestigious Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York, USA where she graduated with honors.
Estella is also a Solicitor and Barrister of the Superior Courts of Judicature in the Republic of Ghana.
Estella has worked as an Associate Attorney with the Law Office of Eric O. Darko, Esq., an international law firm with offices in the USA and Ghana, since 2012.
She has extensive experience in business consultancy and advisory services, immigration, family, commercial and criminal law and has worked with several top law firms, corporations and esteemed individuals in Ghana, London and New York.
Estella runs a non-profit organization which brings smiles to children on admission at hospitals at Christmas time by donating food and toys.
Maame Awinador-Kanyirige

Maame Awinador-Kanyirige is an international trade consultant with expertise in international trade law (WTO law), international private commercial transactions law and the Law of the Sea.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pune, India and post-graduate Honours degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Maame also holds an MPhil in International Law from the University of Cape Town.
She previously held the role of Director of Operations for Sakam Savana, a company with a primary focus on the facilitation of commercial and procurement transactions between governmental and local and foreign private entities. In this role she negotiated several strategic and key transactions involving the Government of Ghana and private clients of the company.
In her role as Project Manager for Coderina, an international tech company based in Africa Maame gained significant experience in the capital markets. Her zeal to support the growth, development and expansion of businesses led her to source available market and funding opportunities for Non-for-Profit Organisations (NGOs), Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Small-Scale Enterprises (SMEs) NGOs, CSOs, and SMES.
Maame’s international business and international relations experience is further supported through her work with United Nations (UN) organizations including the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect and South-South News both based at the UN Headquarters in New York.
She is an avid writer and the P.R and Communications lead for The New African Mind an NGO in Ghana which promotes free entrepreneurship and business training for university graduates and young professionals. Maame is also a highly sought speaker on issues of African Youth Empowerment and intra-African trade and has delivered several presentations in that regard across the continent.

He is the Founder of 3i Consult Ltd, a pan-African strategy, marketing and talent development consultancy with a track record of advising potential investors on -market entry strategies, developing successful Go-to-Market launch plans and providing executive training and coaching to clients across Africa and Asia.
Prior to establishing 3i Consult Ltd, Mr. Nartey was the Marketing Director of Unilever (Ghana) with responsibility for a portfolio of twenty (20) brands. He also served on the Unilever Ghana Board as an Executive Director. During his 15-year tenure with Unilever, he worked in several senior multi-functional roles including operations, audit, marketing and strategy development in South Africa, Turkey, Singapore, and Ghana markets.
He is presently the Country Director for Invest in Africa (Ghana) a leading SME accelerator organization, operating across Africa.
IIA is a not-for profit partnership of leading cross-sector companies like Tullow Oil, EY, GCB, Ecobank, Diageo, AB& David , MTN, ABSA, GIPC, AGI etc working together to co-ordinate private sector efforts to build local content and so attract further investment(FDI). IIA also helps build long-term capacity and skills needed in the local economy for sustained growth and job creation.
